With the help of the Rhode Island ACLU and two Providence-base pro bono attorneys - Neal McNamara and Jessica Jewell, from Nixon/Peabody - Phil files a FOIA lawsuit against the DEA in Rhode Island U.S. District court, demanding the release of the Volkman trial evidence.
